Europe - Past - Part 3

1355 A.D. - Europe - The Lost Singer

The Black Death had slightly die down lately. At least it seem the bodies that been pilling like a small mountain around the streets had slowly lessen off. The Lost Singer sighed at her surrounding as she passed by another pile of rotten bodies.

She was glad that she didn't catch the black death, though she wasn't sure the reason behind her never getting it. She only vaguely recall someone whispering toward her in dreams about her body structure was slightly different than normal people. How different? She always asked in her dreams, yet every time when the answer was near her tongue she would woke up from her dream.

The wind was blowing east again, it was time to go again.

It seem the east wind always gave the Lost Singer the urge to leave from one town to another town. Her harp would be tucked onto the side of her hip while her lute was hung behind her back as she carried her small sack around her arm. She would always let her long wavy brown hair hung down her back as she dislike bundling up her hair. At times her glass blue eyes would wondered if she saw a faint shadow that was following her, other times she wondered if she saw a ghost.

Her life was a fragment. She couldn't tell the difference between reality and dream. Her dreams always seem too real for her to consider it not happened before, yet she wasn't sure when some of these dreams had happen.

She recalled well in a lovely spring as she was singing again in a town square, her slender fingers pluck over the lute strings while her mind wondered off in a tune. It was something like "Sha la la la ....." she wondered where that song came from her mind. She had no idea. This time, she did saw a man standing in front of her as he held a smile onto his face. "I came to see you." It was all he said before he turned to leave. She wondered who that man was as she kept on playing her tune, she had a feeling the time wasn't right yet to know the truth of those words.
